Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of AIFont (aifont.ai, the "Site"), operated by Funovate Technology LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
AIFont publishes "AI fonts": text prompts that describe a lettering style, together with example images showing how the prompt renders in third-party image-generation tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney or Seedream). You copy a prompt, paste it into the tool of your choice and replace the placeholder word with your own text. The Site does not generate images itself and does not provide font files.
2. Using the prompts and images
- Prompts. You may copy, edit and use the prompts for personal and commercial purposes, free of charge, including in images you generate with them. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
- Example images. The images on the Site illustrate what a prompt can produce. You may share them with a link back to the Site (for example by pinning). Do not strip them out in bulk, re-host them as your own collection, or use them to train machine-learning models.
- Premium prompts. Some prompts are shown in part and unlocked by watching an advertisement. Unlocks are tied to the device you used and may stop working if you clear site data. We do not guarantee that an unlock will be available indefinitely.
- Site content. The Site's text, design, code and data compilation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not scrape, mirror or systematically extract the Site, bypass rate limits or the advertisement step, or access it with automated tools except for standard search-engine crawling.
3. Font names and third-party tools
Font and brand names on the Site are used descriptively to tell you which lettering look a prompt evokes. They remain the property of their respective owners, and the Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them or by the AI tools mentioned. What those tools generate from a prompt, and whether you may use the result, is governed by their own terms.
4. No guarantees
Image models change, and the same prompt can render differently from one day or tool to the next. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that results will match the examples.
5. Advertising
The Site shows advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense. We do not control ad content. Clicking ads to generate revenue, using bots, or otherwise interfering with ad delivery is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funovate Technology LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of any prompt or image obtained from it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 10.
7. Links and shares
The Site links to third-party websites and services (including FontVibe, image-generation tools and social networks). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes and termination
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
