Privacy Policy

AIFont (aifont.ai, the "Site") is operated by Funovate Technology LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site has no user accounts and sells nothing; it is funded by advertising.

1. What we collect

1.1 Information collected automatically

Usage and device data. Pages viewed, prompts copied, buttons clicked, referring site, browser type, operating system, screen size, language, approximate location derived from IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
Server logs. Our servers record IP address, user agent, requested URL and response status for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Guest token. To remember which premium prompts you have unlocked on this device, we store a random identifier in your browser (localStorage / cookie) together with a one-way hash derived from non-identifying browser characteristics. It is not linked to your name or email and is used only for rate limiting and to keep your unlocks. Clearing site data removes it.

1.2 Information you give us

If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply. We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect payment information.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies, localStorage and similar technologies to keep the Site working, measure how it is used, and show advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as remembering unlocked prompts) may stop working.

2.1 Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site (page views, scrolling, clicks, session replays with text input masked). We use this to improve the Site. 2.2 Advertising

We show ads through Google AdSense, including rewarded ads you may choose to watch to unlock a premium prompt. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. 3. How we use information

To operate, secure and improve the Site and understand which fonts and prompts are useful.
To remember prompts you unlocked and to limit abuse (for example automated bulk copying).

4. Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers named above (Google, Microsoft), with hosting and content-delivery providers that process data on our behalf, and when required by law or to protect our rights. Share buttons (Pinterest, X, Facebook, WhatsApp) only open the respective service when you click them; those services then apply their own policies.

5. International transfers

We are based in Japan and use servers and providers in other countries, including the United States. Your information may be processed in those countries, which may have different data-protection laws.

6. Retention

Server logs are kept up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings (Google Analytics: 14 months). Unlock records tied to a guest token are kept while the token is in use and purged after 12 months of inactivity.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. Because we hold no account data, most requests can be satisfied by clearing your browser's site data and opting out as described above. For anything else, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
